Who holds the money during a campaign?
The brand pays CollabNest before work starts. We release payment to the creator once the content is live and matches the approved brief.
How do you verify creators?
We check follower quality, engagement rate, recent content and audience location, and may ask for an insights screenshot.
What if a creator doesn't post?
Your campaign manager follows up, offers a replacement creator, or refunds that part of the budget.
