1. The service

CollabNest connects creators with brands for paid and barter collaborations, and helps with matching, coordination and payments.

2. Creators

• Profile and audience details must be accurate. Fake followers or engagement lead to removal.
• Accepted collaborations must be delivered as per the approved brief and timeline.
• Paid content must be disclosed as per ASCI guidelines.

3. Brands

• Briefs must be accurate and payment made before the campaign starts.
• Product claims creators are asked to make must be truthful and lawful.

4. Payments & fees

Brand payments are collected by CollabNest and released to creators after content is published and approved. Any platform fee is shown before an offer is accepted.

5. Content rights

Usage rights for creator content are agreed per campaign and listed in the brief.
